A problem encountered by most people today is in deciphering all of the news about health and what we can do about it. Every area seems to have its expert and every area has its own recommendations. Many things can be learned from all of these different angles, but taken separately with avoidance of the rest, it can be dangerously unhealthy because it leads to an impure understanding. One way I attack the how long can we live question is by focusing on what has been made available to all of us. Diseases and disorders are terrible, but they offer a glimpse into what we have been doing incorrectly and why we fail to live longer. They are the computer glitches that can be resolved with a dedication to do so. Do not avoid the facts, do not be blinded by the commonly misinterpreted opinions, and join me on my journey to gain as many answers to life as we can.

Living longer is not an insurmountable task, but rather the acknowledgement and willingness to do so…

ADHD, Allergies, Asthma, & Autism
We see it on the news almost every year now, but do these claims warrant a crazy label as it seems the media suggests? Is there a link with ADHD, Autism, Asthma, and Allergies?
Cancer
How often do you answer the question: what did you have to eat today? with: processed this, processed that, and oh yeah, a side of processed...
Celiac Disease & Gluten
For me, gluten was just another allergy inducing agent that caused some people to have upset stomachs, but this protein wreaks more havoc on more people than you think, including you...
Diabetes
We do not need to be relegated to a lifestyle fixated in impossibilities and safety zones that provide only the premise of protection.  We can avoid!  We can LIVE longer!
Dry Eye Syndrome
Are contact lenses safe? Are your eyes in safe hands? Many manipulations account for the eventual eye problems that many will encounter and endure, but we cannot justifiably deem old age as a time period of total decline.
Endometriosis
The news of yesterday should not become the news of today, followed by an epidemic of highly preventable conditions and diseases.  "Female pain ("womanly pain") is not normal."
Epilepsy
Carpe vitam (seize the life) because carpe diem (seize the day) is just not enough. Life is a daily process, ignorance occurs in weeks, months, years, and lifetimes.
Fibromyalgia
Afflicted with a constant pain and starvation for deep sleep, can lifestyle modifications such as diet, exercise, and relaxation promote healing within these individuals?
Headaches & Migraines
By effectively treating the symptoms we have effectively avoided the root causes of headaches. Why quick fixes fail and a proper diet and lifestyle prevail.
Heart Disease
Moderation does nothing but further instigate heart disease while surgery and medicine offer only temporary and non-curative relief. Why nutrition is the most heart friendly treatment available.
Hepatitis C
When a treatment protocol acts to replicate a failing natural mechanism that can hinder a virus in its tracks... One must ask: Where did we go wrong?
Hypertension
"But since you can't feel, hear, taste, or see the signs of hypertension, you can easily ignore it." Why you must shoulder nearly all of the blame and how to deal with it.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Have we milked our doctors for too many over-the-counter empty promises? Have we become so familiar with diarrhea that we can actually spell it when googling?
Kidney Stones
Your kidneys do not make urine - they make clean blood. Protein, Vitamin C, and Meat, how much is too much and is weight loss just as unhealthy?
Lupus
As we continue to cry wolf and villagers continue to pump out synthetic fixes, have we finally reached a point where we understand that the complex cannot fix the complex?
Multiple Sclerosis
A wise man once said, a cure for *insert disease name* can and will be found. Years later, still bereft of a cure, we can only hope that the wise will be wiser—or at least wise.
Osteoarthritis
If you go too far, these supplements may be beneficial, but the true and underlying message is that one should never have to go ‘too far.’
